Who are we?

Belong Inclusion Services are a consultancy that champions change in the way Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and inclusion are understood, supported, and delivered.


We fight for fairness, equality, and access—especially for those who often get left behind, due to post code lotteries; lack of awareness or access to funding.


Inclusion isn't an afterthought. It should be central to every environment, every policy, every decision.

Families

Ensuring your child gets the right help at the right time by:

  • offering support with Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) requests and reviews.

  • providing bespoke and individual SEND consultations and guidance, including observation within your child’s school and written reports.

  • giving advice on navigating the SEND system

  • supporting with communication and liaison with professionals including during meetings.

  • providing coaching on behaviour, emotional regulation and strategies to use within the home environment, including the promotion of independence.

  • building and providing resources to support your child both in school and at home.

Educational Settings

Helping education providers to create inclusive, supportive environments for all learners by:

  • delivering whole-school SEND audits and inclusion reviews.

  • providing a range of training opportunities for staff surrounding neuroaffirming practice with a range of resources and strategies.

  • working with SENDCos, especially those new to role in a coaching and mentoring format.

  • providing everyday SENDCo cover for those on leave.

  • offering bespoke advice tailored to individual children, with written reports, practical strategies and resources.

  • developing policies surrounding inclusion, including relationships, wellbeing and trauma informed practice.

  • supporting with requests for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).  

Businesses

Supporting businesses to build inclusivity for employees and customers with neurodiversity by:

  • providing workplace inclusion and neurodiversity training.

  • working with businesses to develop bespoke policies and practices that fully support individuals to succeed.

  • development surrounding inclusive practices for recruitment, retention and return-to-work procedures.

  • guidance and audits surrounding sensory-friendly environments, including adaptations, strategies and resources for inclusive spaces.

  • writing individual support plans to inform reasonable adjustments for customers or staff.

  • developing ways of working to provide neurodivergent friendly systems to clients and key stakeholders.
